These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkrspain governing your use of our platform, games, bonuses, and payment services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.

3.1 Age Requirement. The pkrspain platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. pkrspain reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated on an account found to belong to an underage individual will be voided and forfeited.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. pkrspain primarily serves players in Pakistan. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation on the pkrspain platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. pkrspain does not make any representation that its services are legal or available in your jurisdiction.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pkrspain at any time. Attempting to open multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms. pkrspain uses CNIC verification, device fingerprinting, and IP analysis to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates may be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.
3.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are obliged to update your account information promptly if any details change. pkrspain shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.
Prohibited Players: Employees of pkrspain, its affiliates, software providers, and payment processing partners are not eligible to register or play on the pkrspain platform. Immediate family members of such employees are similarly prohibited.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrspain account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. pkrspain will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify pkrspain immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. pkrspain will take reasonable steps to assist you in securing your account upon receiving such notification.
4.3 Account Currency. All pkrspain accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrspain does not convert currencies on your behalf. All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pkrspain reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account may be closed. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkrspain accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Visa debit/credit cards. pkrspain reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on pkrspain is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating account.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches your verified pkrspain account identity. pkrspain will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically completed within one to three business hours during standard banking hours. USDT withdrawals are processed within two hours subject to blockchain confirmation times.
5.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Requests below this amount will be queued until the player's withdrawable balance reaches the minimum threshold.
5.6 Withdrawal Verification. pkrspain reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion. This may include requesting additional identity documents, source-of-funds declarations, or further KYC documentation. Processing times may be extended during verification periods.
Note on Bonus Funds: Bonus funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only real-money balances that meet withdrawal eligibility criteria may be requested for withdrawal.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by pkrspain are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount on eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable balance. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games on pkrspain typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, including Baccarat and Roulette, typically contribute 10%. Cricket betting markets contribute 100% of settled bet amounts toward sports bonus wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are published in each bonus offer.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. pkrspain employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, employing low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming engagement, and coordinated wagering between related accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, pkrspain reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without notice or compensation.
Eid & Ramadan Promotions: pkrspain may offer special seasonal promotions during Eid and Ramadan periods. These promotions are subject to all standard bonus terms in addition to any specific conditions published with the seasonal offer. All promotional communications during religious periods are designed to be culturally respectful.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on pkrspain are subject to acceptance by pkrspain at its sole discretion. pkrspain reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason. Bets are confirmed only once a bet confirmation reference is issued by the platform.
7.2 Bet Settlement. Cricket bets and sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, or the International Cricket Council for international fixtures). In the event of an abandoned match, settlement rules specific to that bet type and market shall apply as published in pkrspain's sports betting rules.
7.3 System Errors. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or erroneous payouts, pkrspain reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. pkrspain will notify affected players as soon as reasonably practicable.
7.4 Casino Game Rules. All casino games on pkrspain use certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Individual game rules are accessible within each game. Return to player (RTP) percentages are certified and published by the respective game providers.
7.5 Live Casino. Live casino games are subject to the decisions of the presiding dealer and the applicable live game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, pkrspain's recorded game log shall be treated as the definitive record.

11.2 pkrspain's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pkrspain account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
11.3 pkrspain does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
11.4 pkrspain shall not be liable for any losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, power outages, acts of God, regulatory interventions, or any third-party service interruptions affecting payment processing.
12.1 Suspension by pkrspain. pkrspain reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: the player has breached these Terms; pkrspain suspects fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; the player's KYC documents cannot be verified; or where required by applicable regulations or law enforcement authorities.
12.2 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination for breach of these Terms, pkrspain reserves the right to void any pending bets, cancel any bonus funds, and withhold any balance where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity pending investigation. Verified real-money balances not subject to dispute will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any required investigation.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pkrspain support via live chat. Any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's primary verified payment method within a reasonable period.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of pkrspain's licensing jurisdiction. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and pkrspain, you should first contact pkrspain's customer support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. pkrspain aims to resolve all player disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
15.3 Formal Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to pkrspain's formal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to support [at] pkrspain.net with the subject line "Formal Dispute." pkrspain will provide a final written decision within thirty (30) days of receiving a formal complaint.
15.4 Arbitration. Any unresolved dispute following the formal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority overseeing pkrspain's licence. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
